Alessandro Corrò is an accomplished professional specializing in strategy evaluation and economic research. With extensive experience in the financial services industry, he has partnered with renowned consulting firms to drive digital transformation for leading institutions like AIG, Generali, and GE Capital.
Alessandro’s expertise spans across his work as a consultant for Previnet and Capgemini before relocating to the US. He pursued an MBA at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School from 2021 to 2023, making a significant impact as an internal consultant at the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing while collaborating with prominent organizations including McCormick, Spin, and the Smithsonian Institution.
Equipped with an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, Alessandro also holds an MSc in Project and Innovation Management from Padua University and a BSc in Foreign Trade from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. His qualifications extend to being a PMI® certified professional and a licensed FINRA arbitrator, cultivating his passion for innovative healthcare and the convergence of technology and finance.

Shaymaa Alfaidi is a founder of Najaba for social innovation, the first Saudi social enterprise specialized in social innovation to promote sustainable entrepreneurial practices through capacity building, design initiatives, and content creation. She holds a Bachelor of Entrepreneurship degree and an MBA Master of Business Administration: Analytics, Leadership, and Innovation at John Hopkins University.
The US Department of State selected Shaymaa to participate and represent Saudi Arabia in the Georgetown University Leadership Development Program (MEPI), which focuses on Social impact, leadership, and women empowerment.
Shaymaa is often invited to international conferences to speak about her initiatives and entrepreneurship and to represent youth from the Middle East and North Africa Region, such as Social Change Initiatives Conference at Oxford University and young social entrepreneurs with Stanford University.

Barbara Adachi’s expertise is business and human capital strategy, talent management, and operations, including mergers and acquisitions. She spent the majority of her career at Deloitte launching and scaling San Francisco’s Human Capital practice to a $250M business, running the national Women’s Initiative and helping women advance by achieving a significant milestone of 1,000 partners & directors, and ultimately leading the $1B U.S. Human Capital Consulting practice.
